Food safety & allergens
Storage, handling, ingredient, and allergen information for BLACKLAND chili crisp.
Product Safety & Quality
BLACKLAND chili crisp is made with carefully selected ingredients and produced with attention to food safety, product quality, and consistency.
Because ingredients, suppliers, and production details may change over time, the information printed on your product label is the most current source for that specific jar.
If a jar arrives damaged, leaking, improperly sealed, or otherwise appears compromised, do not consume it. Please contact us so we can help.
Storage & Handling
Store unopened BLACKLAND chili crisp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
After opening, follow the storage directions printed on the product label.
For the best product experience:
- Always use a clean, dry utensil.
- Stir gently before serving. Natural settling and separation can occur.
- Keep the jar properly closed between uses.
- Avoid introducing water or other food into the jar.
BLACKLAND is made with 100% avocado oil. Avocado oil may naturally become cloudy or thicken when exposed to colder temperatures. If this occurs, allow the product to return to the temperature recommended on the label and stir gently before serving.
Do not consume the product if the seal is compromised or if you notice mold, an unusual odor, or other signs of spoilage.
Ingredients & Allergens
Each BLACKLAND variety has its own ingredient statement. Always review the ingredient list and allergen information printed on the individual jar before consuming the product.
Recipes and ingredient suppliers may change, so information on the physical package should be considered the most current product-specific information.
If you have a food allergy or sensitivity and have questions about a particular BLACKLAND product, contact us before consuming it. Please include the product name and, when available, the lot or batch information from the jar.
Allergen Cross-Contact
Food allergens may be present in manufacturing or handling environments even when they are not intentionally included in a recipe.
For the most current information regarding allergens and potential cross-contact, review the statement on the individual product package.
If you have a severe food allergy or are unsure whether a BLACKLAND product is appropriate for you, please contact us before consuming it.
Best By & Product Changes
Each BLACKLAND jar includes a Best By date to help indicate the period in which the product is expected to deliver its best flavor, aroma, and texture.
For the best experience, enjoy the product by the date printed on the package and follow the storage and handling instructions on the label.
Ingredients, suppliers, production practices, packaging, and product information may change over time. The label on the product you receive should always be used as the most current source for product-specific information.
